Repairs

For any problems that are the responsibility of the CMTA, please submit a repair request to the CMTA Board. Such items are:

•Roofs, gutters, downspouts

•Street signs, streetlights, mailboxes

•Perimeter fence

•Exterior painting

•Lawns, shrubs, trees (except in your back yard)

•Street and alleys

• Schnulle Park

Note that some items are the owner's responsibility. Such items are:

•Lawns, shrubs, trees in your back yard

•Rear decks and patios

•Interiors of homes

•All doors and windows
